1Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 40jili.cam ("40jili", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 40jili online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available through the website located at 40jili.cam (the "Platform", "Service", "Website").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and all other policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

40jili operates under the authority of a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body governing casino gaming operations in the Philippines. All gaming activities conducted through the 40jili Platform are subject to PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

2Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access the Platform, or participate in any real-money gaming activities offered by 40jili. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

40jili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation when requested will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance, including deposits and winnings, as permitted by applicable law.

2.2 Jurisdictional Requirements

The 40jili Platform is intended exclusively for players physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform or placing wagers. Players must not access the Platform or place wagers from any location where online gaming is prohibited by law.

You represent and warrant that you are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under Philippine law. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Legal Capacity

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law, that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement, and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable to you.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access real-money gaming services on the 40jili Platform, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, residential address, and a secure password of your choosing.

You may create only one (1) account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 40jili employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts associated with the same individual will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of all account balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

3.2 Identity Verification

40jili is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents and such other documentation as 40jili may reasonably require to verify your identity, age, and residential address. Acceptable identification documents include Philippine driver's licenses, PhilSys national ID cards, passports, and postal identification cards.

Your account will remain in a restricted state until identity verification is successfully completed. Failure to complete identity verification within thirty (30) days of account creation may result in account suspension. 40jili reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time, and your failure to provide requested documentation may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 40jili immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 40jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be solely responsible for all such activity.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

40jili accepts deposits via various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and credit/debit card payments. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and VIP tier level.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates, and you will bear any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution or payment provider.

Deposited funds are intended for gaming purposes only. 40jili is not a financial institution and does not offer banking services. Using your 40jili account to store funds without engaging in gaming activity may result in account closure.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your identity has been successfully verified; (b) your account is in good standing without any pending investigations or disputes; (c) you have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses received; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00).

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) hours during Philippine banking hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time, excluding Philippine national holidays).

40jili reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request. This security measure is designed to prevent fraud and ensure that withdrawals are processed to the legitimate account holder.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

40jili maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately suspended and reported to appropriate authorities.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Self-Exclusion

8Game Rules and Fairness

9Intellectual Property

All content available on the 40jili Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, game titles, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to 40jili and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without 40jili's express written permission.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 40jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Platform, even if 40jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

40jili's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited to your 40jili account during the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to liability.

40jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or any other event beyond 40jili's reasonable control.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 40jili, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12Term and Termination

12.1 Term

These Terms remain in full force and effect for as long as you maintain an account with 40jili or access the Platform in any capacity.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you may withdraw any remaining account balance, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

12.3 Termination by 40jili

40jili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where 40jili reasonably believes you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon account termination by 40jili, any remaining account balance (excluding forfeited funds) will be returned to you following completion of any necessary investigations and subject to applicable law.

13Modifications to Terms

40jili reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Platform. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or notification on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described above.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations with 40jili's customer support team.

15Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 40jili regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
